FHIIT Stop

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

These classes are structured with work to rest ratios. We will perform short bursts of work at all-out maximum effort followed by short rest periods. Work:rest ratios will differ depending on the workout for the day. These workouts are designed to push your limits. Exercises can be modified for different levels of fitness, however the timing sequences of these classes make them rigorous and challenging for all.

* This class is not recommended for those new to exercise.

Tabata

Classes are structured with a 20:10 work to rest ratio. We will perform 20 second bursts of work at all-out maximum effort followed by 10 second rest periods. These workouts are designed to push your limits. Exercises can be modified for different levels of fitness, however the timing sequence of these classes make them rigorous and challenging for all.

Functional Interval Training (FIT)

These classes are designed to help prepare the body for engaging in daily activities and tasks while reducing your risk of injury.  Interval training consists of work periods followed by periods of rest. These workouts are designed to help develop and/or improve core conditioning, stability, and balance.

*This class is appropriate for ALL levels of fitness.

Stretching/Foam Rolling

Classes consist of floor work static and isometric stretching along with myofascial release techniques. We will use foam rollers, straps, and blocks to assist with movement.   The techniques of myofascial release may cause periods of slight discomfort as sore muscles and trigger points are treated.  This is normal and discomfort will improve with continued and consistent foam rolling.

 

*This class is not appropriate for those with medical conditions such as: congestive heart failure, kidney or other organ failure, bleeding disorders, some skin conditions, vascular conditions such as DVT (deep vein thrombosis), blood clots in lower limbs, uncontrolled hypertension, advanced diabetes &/or diabetic neuropathy, skeletal-muscular disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, cellulitis, goiter, phlebitis, and/or any type of conditions that prevent you from supporting your own body weight.  Check with your physician before participating if you have any medical conditions.

Rates

The rates for our classes and workouts are as follows:

$10–per session

$50–per month–unlimited sessions (with three month autopay contract)

$65–per month–unlimited sessions (with one month no contract)

$75–10 session (FHIIT pass)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in MIND/BODY at least 90 minutes prior to class start time.

Due to limited space and the popularity of certain times, we have established a late cancel/no-show policy. If cancellation is made less than 90 minutes or client does not attend (no show) a fee will be assessed.

Fee–$10 (for monthly memberships) or one session (for FHIIT pass holders)

Sign Up Policy

FHIIT Stop classes are small and available on a reservation basis.

In order to secure a spot in a session, you MUST sign up through the MINDBODY website or app (click the class sign up above)  Due to spacing requirements, all classes have a maximum capacity.  Once a class is filled, we cannot accept any other participants.  You may choose the wait-list option and you will be notified if a space becomes available.  Walk-ins are only accepted IF THE CLASS IS NOT FULL.  The last thing we want to do is turn anybody away, so be mindful of times when choosing your classes.

Sign ups are open up to 14 days in advance of scheduled classes and will remain open until 30 minutes prior to start time. *30 minute window does not apply to early AM classes *see note below

If you have signed up for a class and are unable to attend, no worries, just go in and cancel the booking.  Cancellations must be made at least 90 minutes prior to start time in order to avoid penalty.(see cancellation policy)

Classes that have no reservations/sign-ups are subject to be cancelled without notice.

**Classes starting on or before 8:00 AM that have no reservations/sign-ups by 10:00PM of the previous night WILL BE CANCELLED.
