I have always loved the concept of a group workout. The camaraderie of friends all trying to reach the same goal is both encouraging and rewarding. I am a working wife and mom, so I fully relate to the time constraints and budgets that we often face. HIIT (high intensity interval training) is research proven to produce BIG results in LITTLE time. I too am getting older, so I certainly understand the importance of a healthy body for a better quality of life. Aging definitely takes a toll on our body. Functional training is designed to help us adapt to the physical stresses of everyday activities such as walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and so much more. This is why I felt the need to create FHIIT Stop, it’s the perfect solution for anyone wanting to workout, but just not sure where to start. We provide the “map”. You  just drive the “car!”
