These days our life is anything BUT predictable! After all, who has time to spend hours in the gym? FHIIT Stop is a perfect solution for the fast-paced, ever-changing schedules of day to day. Short on time? Majority of our classes are 30 minutes or less. Need some flexibility? We have a variety of classes each day. We change our routines so you don’t have to! Our high-intensity interval training uses short bursts of work followed by short periods of rest, which burns calories faster and boosts metabolism. The Tabata workout is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times. Our functional interval training is designed to help prepare the body for engaging in daily activity.
